Additional Data Privacy for Tax & Legal Information Requests
For all tax records, legal documents, or copies of returns prepared by La Placita Multiservices, strict identity verification is required to protect client confidentiality.
- If a request is made by phone, additional identity verification is required before any information can be released.
- No tax or legal information will be provided to third parties without proper written authorization from the client.
- If the request is made in person or by phone, information will only be released to the PRIMARY individual listed on the tax return, insurance policy, or service file.
- Identification may be required before releasing any copies or discussing sensitive information.
- Copies of tax returns or documents will only be provided once proper ownership and identity have been confirmed.
